Sutton is a village in the Suffolk Coasts and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has All Saints Church, the Sutton Plough Pub and the Village Memorial Hall.
It is the largest parish in Suffolk and is bordered by the River Deben, Rendlesham Forest to the East and, to the North, is the Sutton Hoo Estate, the latter being the site of the world famous Anglo Saxon Ship

Memorial Hall 100 club. the winners for the the winners for the draw last month were: 1st £30 Ball 24 Helen Shand, 2nd £20 Ball 21 Freda Backhouse, 3rd £10 Ball 7 Roger Menear 4th £5 Ball 2 Kath Backhouse. This draw brings in a regular income for the play equipment fund and more numbers are available should anyone else wish to join in. Hedges if you have a hedge on the boundary of your property and it is growing over the public footpath/pavement can we please ask that you trim back the hedging to allow full access of the footway and also to improve visibility on any road junctions. Thank you. |
