The Sutton website

Sutton is a village in the Suffolk Coasts and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has  All Saints 

It is the largest parish in Suffolk and is bordered by the River Deben to the West, Rendlesham Forest to the East and, to the North, is the Sutton Hoo Estate, the latter being the site of the world famous Anglo Saxon Ship Burial.Church, the Sutton Plough Pub  and the Village Memorial Hall.

2017 SUTTON IN BLOOM   is up and running! There will be the usual categories for Best Overall Garden, Best Planter/Hanging Basket and Best Veggie Patch.  Categories will be judged in the Summer and the winners cups will be  awarded during the afternoon of the Fete. If you wish to enter a category(ies) please complete slip on the left.

SUTTON MEMORIAL HALL ROOF  After one false start, (the roof should have been replaced immediately after Easter), it will definitely now be replaced during the period Monday June 26th to July 12th.

YARD AND CAR BOOT SALE  on Saturday 24 June 10am-1pm.  Any queries regarding Yard Sale please contact either Sue on 411793 or Daphne on 384659.  For booking a Car Boot Pitch on the recreation ground please contact Dawn on 01394 410331.  Thank you.

The Hall page has details of Pilates and Dance classes and other facilities (Mobile Post Office, Library etc) as well as  information on how to hire the Hall. You will also find the village Newsletters and details of Parish Council members and meetings.
